I'm not happy with my product(s), what should I do?
If you have received your order and it is damaged, please refer to our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase.
I have seen a picture I like in the gallery but it isn't currently available to buy in the store, can I still buy it?
If you have seen an image in our galleries you would like to purchase, but it is not currently available in the store, please click the heart on the corner of the image and Contact Us. We monitor the number of hearts the images have been awarded to judge their popularity, for extending the product range to best suit our customers. It therefore acts as a new product wish list voting system. It may be that we have already created the products but not released them yet, or we can arrange for a one off to be made, so do contact us to discuss options if you are interested.
I'm worried about you having my personal details, what can I do?
We collect from you, our customers, the personal details we require to be able to send send out orders. We hold on to this data after the order has been delivered, in case there is any follow up requiring us to make contact. If you do not wish to have your personal information stored by us at any point, contact us at beardedseagull@hotmail.com and we will remove it from our records. If you subscribed to our emails, please select unsubscribe at the bottom of an email sent by us, in order to remove yourself from the mailing list.
Do you do commissions?
Yes, all of our current collective artists and crafters are open to commission requests. Please feel free to contact beardedseagull@hotmail.com to register your interest and your request will be passed on to the relevant artist/crafter.
I am an artist/crafter and interested in joining the collective. Do you accept new members?
We are open to the idea of other creatives joining the collective so if you are interested in becoming a contributing member, please Contact Us to discuss further. We aim to provide an interesting variety of high quality arts and crafts to our customers. If you think your creations fill a niche or style we do not currently cover, we would be particularly interested to hear from you and see examples of your work.
Do you accept payments via PayPal?
We currently only accept payments through credit and credit cards on this website. At craft fairs we accept cash payments in person.
Do you sell anywhere else, other than on this website?
All our online sales are currently processed via this website but we do also attend craft fairs. Please refer to our event calendar on our About Us page to find out where we will next be.
How much do you charge for postage and packaging?
We get fed up forking out for lots of postage and packaging charges, like most people. Consequently, our approach here at Bearded Seagull is to try and keep these costs to our valued customers as low as possible, whilst being able to cover our costs. We don't want our products to turn up on your doormat damaged either, so we carefully package them to protect them as best we can. Our postage prices are simple and as follows:
-
For orders equal to or under £1.75, the postage charge is £1.20 per an order
-
For orders between £1.75 and £40 there is a flat rate postage charge of £2.00 per an order
-
For orders over £40 there is a flat rate postage charge of £5.00 per an order
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, so your order should be with you within 7 days. If there are any issues with your order, causing it to be delayed, we will contact you as soon as we can.
