All charges made on this website, for products and delivery, will be charged in GBP (£).

We wanted our shipping costs/postage charges to be realistic and fair for both you and us, so we have worked hard to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, whilst still ensuring that our products are well protected for their journey from us to you.
UK Shipping Policy

Delivery Processing Times
​
After placement of an order, we aim for it to be processed by the end of the next working day and to have your order delivered to you within 3-7 working days. Orders placed at a weekend, or on Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and if we expect there to be a delay to your delivery we will contact you by email or by phone.
UK Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be be as follows:

For orders equal to or under £1.75, the postage charge is £1.20 per order

For orders over £1.75 (up to £50) you will be charged £2.00 to deliver your item(s)

For orders over £50 you will be charged £5.00 to deliver your item(s)
Shipment to P.O. Boxes

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses in the UK.
International Shipping Policy
​
Currently, our website does not ship to locations outside of the UK. If this is a service you would be interested in us providing in the future, please let us know at beardedseagull@hotmail.com
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and, if applicable, this will include tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
