We hope you are happy with your items ordered through our website. However, if you are unhappy with your purchased items then you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery.
To organise a return or order cancellation please email firstname.lastname@example.org. As we promptly process our orders, we request that you contact us as soon as possible for any order cancellations. If the order has already been dispatched, you could be liable to pay postage costs.
Any returned items must be in their original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted items and we recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items, postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
Exceptions to this rule are if an item is delivered to you in error or if any ordered item is damaged or misdescribed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us, as we will require and request proof of the issue in order to be able to appropriately resolve it.
